Recent Trends in Developing Approaches to Planning Educational Systems as Dynamics

Abstract

This Research aimed at identify trends in developing approaches to planning educational systems as dynamics, through dealing with a theoretical and conceptual framework on the approaches to educational planning and dynamic systems, recent trends in developing approaches to planning education systems as dynamic, and the benefits of these trends in planning the Egyptian educational system. The paper used the descriptive approach. It concluded that these trends - Chaos Theory, Strategic Planning, and the Theory of Cybernetics - represent a qualitative transfer in the study of social systems in general, and the educational system in particular, where it proved that these systems are dynamic and change, which made their study completely different from what was followed before; as small changes in any component of the education system will ultimately have a major impact.
