Abstract

The psychological and pedagogical aspects of identifying the professional abilities in electrical engineering from the graduates of general educational institutions are analyzed. The diagnostics of individual peculiarities in students of the university’s preparatory courses by methods of professional orientation and professional selection has been provided. The method of determining of directions for pre-university training of students through the questioning of professional interests, formation and phased development of their personal professional-oriented interests is offered. The complex of methods of the individual approach for identifying the professional abilities of entrants in electrical engineering is determined. The psychological requirements for future specialists in the field of electrical engineering are established.
