Combine with Six time voltage booster units and three-level structure, a new step-up converter is presented in this paper. In this circuit configuration, based on an interleaved parallel boost structure, voltage stress across the main switch is reduced and voltage booster units is utilized to elevate voltage transfer gain of this converter. In addition, the interleaved parallel structure is contribute to decrease the ripple current and the size of filter, increase the power density, and also the two-phase interleaved structure realizes internal current sharing without using any additional embedded equalizing current circuit. In this paper, derivation process of circuit configuration, working principle, and performance analysis are given. Abstract
Step-up converters with low current ripple and high boost ratio is required in renewable energy application. Combine with Six time voltage booster units and three-level structure, a new step-up converter is presented in this paper.
