In this paper we introduce new parameters, inlink, outlink and reachability which helps to reduce mutual reinforcement effect on web page ranking. We collected data set on \"abortion\" keyword. We analyzed that data set and generated score for reachability and inlink and outlink from different domain. We have observed that data set and found that there is a positive correlation between these parameters and relativity of web page. Abstract
