This approach involves the maximum redundancy of the grouping, as well as the use of highly reliable aircraft, and therefore expensive UAVs, and does not allow quasi-optimal construction of UAV flotillas. The report proposes a methodology for determining the rational number of UAV fleets, taking into account the tasks and characteristics. Abstract

Creating a system of control and analysis of emergency situations is an important task for most countries of the world.
