Reliability was tested through Cronbach’s alpha coefficient. SD and mean were used to analyse the objective. Organization leadership (p=0.12). Organization structure had statistically significant with organization performance and the null hypothesis rejected. It was evident that organization structure significantly influenced Kenyan energy and petroleum sector state corporations performance. Abstract
