In the following an appraisal model of ecological port technological efficiency is formulated based on network approach, to facilitate the evaluation of ecological port technological efficiency and the identification of major affecting factors. Empirical study is conducted on eight principal ecological ports in China including Dalian etc. Technological efficiency of each ecological port is calculated and scored. And affecting factors are identified and analyzed.
