Abstract

The highly competitive global scenario turns out to awaken the national civil construction sector, which after a long period of technological inertia, starts to show a first movement led in the direction of sustainability. This long and difficult journey to be traveled by the civil engineer is finding difficulties in the actual static and archaic education methodology set up in the centers and educational institutions. How to overcome challenges in the education of the engineer? How institutions can (and should) develop a process of constant updating and revitalizing for their course aiming to follow dynamic world? Below is a proposal made in the CEFET/RJ since 2007, providing an updating for the academic structure with the insertion of the discipline structuring project which aims to disseminate new concepts adapted to the reality and needs of the productive sector in conjuncture with the generation of new skills required for professionals by the industry. The project is being developed and this is a first analysis of the approaches used, focusing on the advantages and problems that were encountered in the course of the project that occurred in the institution. Key-words: Education and research, Structuring project, Project.
CEFET/RJ土木工程课程的结构设计-多学科整合的建议
高度竞争的全球情景唤醒了国家土木建设部门,该部门在长期的技术惰性之后,开始向可持续发展的方向迈出第一步。土木工程师要走过的这段漫长而艰难的旅程,在中心和教育机构建立的实际的静态和陈旧的教育方法中遇到了困难。如何克服工程师教育中的挑战?机构如何能够(也应该)为他们的课程制定一个不断更新和振兴的过程,以跟上动态的世界?以下是自2007年以来在CEFET/RJ中提出的建议,通过插入学科结构项目,为学术结构提供更新,旨在传播适应生产部门现实和需求的新概念,并结合行业专业人员所需的新技能。该项目正在开发中,这是对所使用方法的第一次分析,重点是该机构在项目过程中遇到的优势和问题。关键词:教育科研;结构化项目;项目;
