Then, a procedure for pairwise reconciliation of the results by event characteristics is implemented. Verification algorithm is based on IEEE standard with features difference measure comparison. Abstract

This paper describes the methodology for validating the results of measuring the electro-physical parameters (complex permittivity and permeability) of reference materials in free space. The initial data for the experiment are the samples measured by the waveguide method.
