The data was collected during June 2021 through a personal interview, and appropriate statistical methods were used to analyze the data. The study found that : 1- 59.7% of the respondents had a high level of application of technological innovations in the cultivation and production of wheat. 2- 51.9%, 70.2%, and 54.6% of the respondents believe that the level of social returns, the returns on the economics and productivity of the wheat crop, and the returns on the agricultural environment had returned from applying to these technological innovations was average respectively, and that 54.6% of respondents believe that the level of economic returns that had returned from applying to these technological innovations was high. 3- The results also showed that the thirteen independent study variables together explain 45.6%, 32.3%, 34.6%, 36.4% of the variance in each of the social returns, economic returns, returns on the economics and productivity of the wheat crop and returns to the agricultural environment, 4- There are seven variables explain 42.2% of the variance in social returns, and six variables explain 28.2% of the variance in economic returns on the respondents, three variables explaining 32.4%, and 33.9% of the variance in the returns on economics and productivity of the wheat crop, and the returns on the agricultural environment, respectively. 5- The most important problems faced by farmers when applying technological innovations in the cultivation and production of wheat crops were, respectively, the high prices of high-quality varieties 77.3%, the lack of quality and purity of the seeds on the market 74%, and the high prices of rental agricultural machinery 71.4%. 6- The most important proposals that increase the demand of farmers for the application of these technological innovations were in order: to provide production supplies at appropriate prices and in sufficient quantities and at the right times in Agricultural Cooperatives and Extension Centers 70.2%, and to improve the quality of selected seeds and provide farmers with them 61.7%.
