During his 50 years of emigration, Bishop Anatoly collected a large private library, which he decided to transfer to his Motherland after declaration of Ukraine’s independence and due to deteriorating of health. The most of the books were on church, theology and history. The metropolitan received scientifical-historical part of his great heritage to the Lutsk State Historical and Cultural Reserve, Lesya Ukrainka Eastern European (Volyn) National University, Lviv Vasyl Stefanyk Scientific Library and Volyn Museum of Local History. The church-religious part of the library, which consisted of more than 400 books, he received to the Volyn Theological Seminary.
