Abstract

Microwave photonic relay technology is one of the effective methods to solve the phase synchronization problem of distributed synthetic aperture radar (SAR) system, and has received extensive attention. In this paper, the influence of wavefront aberrations on the performance of the microwave photonic link is investigated. It is shown that the spurious-free dynamic range performance depends on the normalized radius and the normalized center distance. This work will contribute to the design of distributed SAR microwave photonic system.
