Abstract
In order to solve the problem of “The base must be replaced for cartridge replacement” caused by the difference of cartridge length in the current general launch system, this paper proposes an adjustable base which can realize two state height switching and self-locking in a narrow space under the constraint of limited launch compartment space and strong launch recoil force. The key structural parameters are obtained through mechanical analysis, the multi-body dynamics model is established based on Pro/E, the kinematics performance is analyzed based on the virtual displacement principle, and the kinematics and dynamics simulation is verified through ADAMS. Finally, the load performance of the adjustable base is verified through HyperMesh. The results show that the adjustable base proposed in this paper can meet the installation and launch requirements of two types of multi type cartridge, greatly improving the versatility of the launch system and the convenience of adding multi type weapons to ships.
