The data collection uses in-depth interviews with school principal, deputy principals, teachers, and Human Resources Development (HRD) and documentation studies. To achieve the degree of validity of the data, the author uses the source triangulation technique. The results of the study began with school planners who needed Arabic language teachers and then sent a request to the HRD. Organizing is carried out by HRD as the main implementer. The recruitment process is handled by the HRD by involving elements of the school and the Director of Assalaam as well as third parties. Controlling is carried out from all parties because all parties involved have a role to be able to evaluate each other. The involvement of the Director of Assalaam, HRD, school principal, deputy principals, teachers, students and third parties is unique in this study. So as to create a comprehensive and holistic system in the recruitment of Arabic teachers.
