ANALISIS KELAYAKAN FINANSIAL USAHATANI KOPI ARABIKA DI DESA KENDENAN KECAMATAN BARAKA KABUPATEN ENREKANG

Abstract

This study aims to determine the income and financial feasibility of Arabica Coffee in Kendenan Village, Baraka District, Enrekang Regency. The population in this study were Arabica coffee farmers in Kendenan Village, Baraka District, Enrekang District, totaling 57 people. Sampling was determined using the Simple Random Sampling method or a simple random sampling technique. The sample taken was 30% of the total population of 17 Arabica coffee farmers. The results showed that the income of Arabica Coffee farming farmers in Kendenan Village, Baraka District, Enrekang Regency was Rp. 16,934,607 in one harvest. The feasibility of Arabica coffee farming in Kendenan Village, Baraka District, Enrekang Regency shows that the R/C ratio is 4, Arabica coffee farming is feasible because the R/C ratio is greater than 1.
