A INSTITUCIONALIZAÇÃO DA DIFERENÇA: REFLEXÕES SOBRE POLÍTICAS INCLUSIVAS NA EDUCAÇÃO E SUAS PRÁTICAS DE GOVERNO

Abstract

In this paper, we will focus our refl ection on the emergence of the term inclusion, se-eking to understand it as a social, economic, historical and cultural process, produced by modernity. When discussing the term inclusion it is necessary to articulate it to another term that has made inroads and been highlighted: the concept of diff erence. In an attempt to discuss these, we try in this short essay to involve some aspects of the attempts of institutionalization of diff erence and their government practices in modern society. To address the concepts in question, we seek a theoretical connection with R E V I S D E A N R P taking the main references, through his refl ections on modern society and its institutions for they opened up the possibility of a critical look at the subject constructed by such institutions and society. The biopolitical notions and standards help us to bring such questions about the construction of the social subject. In short, the path of studies on the subject in question presupposes a deepening in the in-tricacies governing inclusive policies in education and government practices that have been discursively engendering such knowledge and practices.
