This study includes a quantitative design with a survey approach. The population of the study was State Elementary School 1 Inobonto 2. And the sample was all students in grades V and VI, amounting to 38 people. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire and documentation Data analysis using simple regression. Abstract

The teacher's pedagogic competence has a causal relationship with the learning achievement of students.
