Abstract
The purpose of the present paper is to set forth a methodology proposal for assessing quality pathologies (aesthetic and superficial) in historic buildings located in the city center of Lima (Peru), in order to identify the pathologies having the strongest impact on the overall quality of the structure, as well as their main causes.
