Abstract

In this paper, we present a novel antenna for body centric communication at 2.45 GHz. Mounted 1 mm above a phantom model the antenna present an Omni directional radiation pattern. This antenna has an almost stable performance on radiation pattern and the S parameter on-body and free space. Also we looked about the multi optimum position to optimize the most preferable link budget antenna located on the body. For this purpose we define two antenna configurations first for to place the antenna in their standard states and the second is provided with rotation of 90°. Results are taken for both configurations with respect to the transmitting antenna.
