While this process occurred, the therapist also reads the affirmation sentence to help the client release the stress and decrease self-discomfort. In this condition, usually, the brain wave is at alpha, so the affirmations will be accepted by the unconscious mind and level of sincerity (ikhlaṣ) could be achieved. Studying at the university gives some challenging experiences for college students which aims to increase their level of academic quality.
