Abstract

Through primary school education, it is the academic, social, emotional and physical development of children and their full and competent participation in life. This study was carried out to determine the quality of the service received by the parents of the students attending primary school, which can be considered as one of the most critical turning points in the child's life. In the study, the Servqual questionnaire consisting of 22 questions in 5 dimensions of service quality was used.
