According to the explanatory factor analysis results, it was determined that the developed scale consists of 21 items and four factors. These factors have been named action, communication, importance, and belief. The validity of the structure obtained was verified by the confirmatory factor analysis method. The Cronbach Alpha reliability (internal consistency) coefficient obtained from the whole scale was found to be .93. There liability coefficient for the sub-factors ranges from .80 to .87. These findings show that the scale is valid and reliable to measure the attitudes of individuals in emerging adulthood towards preparing a resume.
