Abstract
In the article the features of the educational process construction in the United States, Great Britain and the Russian Federation are analyzed, considering the principles of inclusion. The relevance of socialization problems for disabled people and children with disabilities in modern society is evaluated in accordance with the possibility of self-realization. This article contains information about the main legal and regulatory acts governing the social, economic and educational policies of the countries in inclusion sphere.
