Abstract
In the article, based on positive three-year field studies of innovative agro-technologies developed by Samara State Agrarian University, PJSC KuibyshevAzot, LLC Eurotechnika (Samara), with the use of liquid nitrogen fertilizers based on CAS, the creation of a cluster of Samara enterprises capable of providing the agro-industrial complex of the regional and Russian Federation with technical and technological resources to improve soil fertility and crop productivity is justified, developed and proposed.
