The contribution value shows the weakest components of Serasi Art Glass SMEs, namely humanware and orgaware. Abstract

Technology is a design for action aids in which to reduce uncertainty about cause-and-effect relationships to achieve something that is expected. This study discusses the assessment of the contribution of technology components to improve the competitive position of glass entrepreneurs in Arosbaya.
