Research on Tort Liability of Campus Bullying

Abstract

: This paper defines the legal concept of school bullying’s behavior, reasonably divides the responsibilities of juvenile bullies and guardians, determines the contents of school education supervision responsibilities, and applies various tort liability bearing methods, with a view to reasonably solving the problem of school bullying’s tort liability.
