Abstract

This study based on the technique, “Electrowetting on Dielectric (EWOD),” with the micro-heaters designed in EWOD microfluidics system for temperature controlling in biomedical reaction. On this platform, fluorescence magnetic beads (MBs) were used as carriers for single-nucleotide polymorphism (SNP) detection.
