Abstract

: The pandemic of the new coronavírus has had a significant impact on various aspects of people’s lives, not only due to the imminent threat of illness but also because of the changes in their daily routine. This study aimed to characterize the profile of people who sought care with mental health complaints and the most prevalent demands that emerged after the onset of the covid-19 Pandemic. It is a quantitative, exploratory-descriptive research with a cross-sectional approach that described the profile of people who sought psychological or psychiatric care in a private health plan
