Abstract
With the continuous and rapid development of power system automation technology, intelligent operation and maintenance technology have been widely used, but the existing substation indoor operation area protection still uses the traditional pulling warning belt or hanging operation and maintenance signs, which can not remind the staff of illegal behavior. This paper studies the protection system of substation indoor operation area based on lidar. It is through installing lidar in the switch room or relay protection room of substation, using lidar positioning technology to obtain the real-time position of the staff, combined with the work content to generate electronic fence. The system can comprehensively judge whether the staff have the behavior of mistakenly entering the interval, cross-border operation, etc., and make local voice alarm when there are violations. The experimental results show that the real-time positioning accuracy of lidar is within 2cm and the recognition success rate reached 99%. Therefore, the use of an electronic fences, automatic generation of defense areas, and real-time monitoring technology can greatly control the operation process of staff and improve the efficiency and quality of substation operation and inspection.
