The input matching network is designed through the technique of capacitive feedback matching network. The proposed LNA is operated at the frequency of 2.4 GHz. It has a gain S21 of 21.63 dB, a noise figure (NF) of 1.7dB . The input return losses is better than-13.4 dB. The output return losses is better than-18.3 dB. The inputl-dB compression point is - 19.0541dBm.
