Abstract
In this paper, a transmissive metasurface for radially polarized beams generation is proposed in microwave band. The metasurface consists of the designed polarzation conversion meta-atoms excited by linear polarized waves. According to the principle of propagation phase, the transmission phase phase can be realized controlled by changing the length of striplines. By changing the position of the feed point to control the polarization of transmitted waves. Finally, a metasurface consisting of proposed meta-atoms with different geometric dimensions is designed, which can efficiently produce radially polarized beams at 8 GHz.
