Abstract

The concepts, definitions and key issues of forming a technical strategy for managing the development of a large-scale transport complex are considered. The priority directions and results of the implementation of the state program for the development of the transport complex of Russia, as well as technical strategies for its adaptation in the context of sanctions, are considered.
