Participants were taught through using some relevant AI applications designed by the researcher that included Minecraft game with grammarly mood, Semantris vocabulary AI game and virtual reality in AI mood that enabled the students to practise using English in vivid situations. Participants’ scores on the pre and posttest were statistically analyzed using T- test and effect size. The researcher also used a qualitative analysis of the students' writing fluency level. Abstract
