Preliminary screening of potential analgesics among cyanothioacetamide derivatives

Abstract

The aim of the research: to study the ability of cyanothioacetamide derivatives synthesized by us on the basis of the research laboratory “Khimeks”, Lugansk State University named after Volodymyr Dahl [1], which have low acute oral toxicity in experiments in vivo [2], to bind to potential biological targets.
