Marca de lugar, arte urbano y patrimonio. El desarrollo humano del Centro Histórico de la Ciudad de México a partir de la integración plástica participativa impulsada por la Fundación ORB

Abstract

Resumen:Actualmente, el arte urbano se interpreta como una expresión creativa que dota al espacio urbano de carácter e identidad, promoviendo una territorialización que fortalece el sentido de pertenencia socioterritorial. La Fundación ORB ha utilizado el arte urbano para promover el desarrollo humano sostenible a través del programa ISITIA, convirtiéndose en una herramienta de intercambio basada en la participación ciudadana. En el Centro Histórico de la Ciudad de México, esta asociación civil integra plásticamente las creaciones de diferentes artistas urbanos y ciudadanos locales con su arquitectura y espacios públicos.Cada uno de estos murales ha producido una marca de lugar que humaniza y llena el color del paisaje urbano, demostrando el poder local en el renacimiento de estos territorios y el derecho a construir su ciudad para sus habitantes.Abstract: Currently, urban art is interpreted as a creative expression that endows the urban space with character and identity, promoting a territorialization that reinforces the sense of socioterritorial belonging. The ORB** Foundation has used urban art to promote sustainable human development through the ISITIA program, becoming a tool for change based on citizen participation. In the Historic Center of Mexico City, this civil association plastically integrated, to architecture and public spaces, the creations of different urban artists and local citizens. Each of these murals has produced a mark of place that humanizes and fills the urban landscape with color, demonstrating the right to build the city form its inhabitants by revitalizing these territories. Based on this route present, which will be developed below, it is concluded that these participatory plastic interventions function as indivisible holograms interrelated with the fabric of life, where the objective of explaining the effects of this type of artistic interventions in heritage environments will be especified while “unthink” the city from the paradigm of complexity, the theory of complex systems and the systemic current, same that use a transdisciplinary methodology, and integrate the historical aspects, the traditions and the customs that identify the intervened places.
