Abstract

Heterogeneous Earth Observation (EO) satellite data is available from many agencies. In order to make best use of these data, interoperability for data access is very important. In this paper, the importance of data access interoperability and the work of CEOS (Committee on Earth Observation Satellites) WGISS (the Working Group on Information Systems and Services) to improve data access interoperability are described.
