Legal regulation of state policy to support innovative activities in Ukraine

Abstract

The study analyzed the current domestic legal framework for regulating state policy on supporting innovative activities in Ukraine. The work focuses on the main legislative acts to ensure the innovative development of the state. It is noted that the modern regulatory and legal framework is generally sufficient for the formation of the main aspects of state policy in the field of innovative activity in Ukraine.
