Satellite communications in Russia

Abstract

There are the following satellite communication users in Russia (in percentages of total number): State structures and State enterprises 47%, stock companies and commercial structures 37%, CIS and another state’s organizations 15%. TV and Broadcasting channels are used, as a rule, for state the Russian Television and Radio Broadcasting Company and Social Radio & TV programmes transmission.
