The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. Abstract

This study aims to examine and explain the influence of competence, organizational commitment, and career development on employee performance at PT Bank Pembangunan Daerah Bali, Badung Branch. The subjects of this study were employees of the customer service executor at PT Bank Pembangunan Daerah Bali, Badung Branch.
