Abstract
A database filter suitable for accessing optical storage devices is presented. This photonic VLSI chip includes a smart pixel array that selects words matching a search criterion and control circuitry that interfaces the filter chip with an electronic host computer.基于单芯片光子VLSI的光电面向页面数据库滤波器设计
