The purpose of the paper is to show how the novel design of additional programs based on education competence is to be implemented into continuing training/learning of a teacher at regional In-Service Teacher Training Institutions. Methodology based on axiology in terms of Knowledge Content, Technology, Pedagogy and Language Didactics aims at renovation of the structure of additional multi-level educational programs within online and off-line sessions. Results reveal the potential of learners’ professional skills set defined as complex of components where existential competence as a priority. The latter means personal attitude of the student to international languages and to his/her educational activity; professional projects of schoolteachers are based on the reflection of the design of the additional programs. Abstract
Problem statement concerns the impact of education competence potentially and inherently complex on updating regional professional education of a foreign language teacher.
