As the justification for the choice of this theme emphasizes, companies increasingly invest in the quality of production processes because waste signals failure, and the mechanisms of investigation as the means of control must be increasingly improved. The line of research used for this study is that systemization of the spot will occur as the process flow of the Poka-Yoke method is applied to parts stews. The methodology will be set in steps of control, including quantitatively and qualitatively evaluating errors and the failures that identify the processes and the production improvements and will assess the reworking such that this process occurs in controlling production line efficiency. Note that this work serves as a tool for Production Engineering geared to the management process, thus including the main focus of the training that the university where this study was conducted particularized. Was seen in the research that the system works even when there is an awareness of workers about the importance of the methodology applied in production processes. Abstract
