The present work is an effort in the same direction wherein the Count Down Time information generated by a hardware device combined with synchronised actual time is displayed in real-time using a web application. For development of real-time web application server side java scripting using node.j s framework has been done. The paper presents detailed architecture of Websocket and its successor socket.io. The implementation of frontend using HTML, CSS and backend server using node.js framework has been done. Finally the time delay analysis from server to clients which are remotely located from each other in the Range has been shown. This paper compares the time delay in traditional standalone application and new web based application.
