Abstract
An original object oriented data structure that can be used for a large category of algorithms dedicated to multiphysics simulations is proposed. These data structures and algorithms were implemented in C++ and tested on a model of a capacitive MEMS switch. The final goal is to generate a C++ class library dedicated to multiphysics modelling.
