Finding Love

Abstract

Finding our one true love is harder than ever in an age of dating apps like Tinder and Grindr, rejecting people with a left swipe on their photo or ghosting former lovers is easier than ever. Through an examination of how these dating apps work and interviews with people who use them, this chapter shows how we may want to find our true love, but finding him or her is trickier than ever.
