Most tourists nowadays are looking for more value from the tourism activities according to their preferences. This current phenomenon can be further elaborated on what technologies should be adopted by tourism organizations to make tourism industry more advance and fit with the demand. This paper is a critical review of Buharis and Law writing in 2008. Abstract

The present paper offers a review of an article written by Buhalis and Law (2008). The article sytematically  described about how technology improvementhas changed all fundamental sectors particularly in tourism.
