Abstract

In the study of wearable devices which can measure heart rate, the deviation of heart rate value will greatly affect the function of the bracelet. An optimized algorithm is proposed to determine the heart rate value and it's reasonable range by using behaviour recognition. The algorithm uses the combined acceleration, combined angular velocity and threshold to determine the three behavioral states of a person, including walking, running and stillness. The accuracy of the heart rate value was increased by 10% compared to the previous test data.
