Abstract

This article aims to discuss the concept of professional education in the Reform of High School, in order to understand the meaning of the insertion of professionalism in the curriculum of regular high school. It starts from the perspective that the High School Reform promotes a generalized professionalization in Basic Education. It analyzes how changes in educational policies for high school are related to the world of work.
