THE RELATIONSHIP OF LEADERSHIP POTENTIAL OF FUTURE SPECIALISTS FROM LAW ENFORCEMENT ACTIVITIES OF THE PENITENTIARY SYSTEM OF UKRAINE WITH THEIR EDUCATIONAL MOTIVATION AND THE LEADERSHIP STYLE OF TEACHERS

Abstract

Abstract: it is determined in the article that teachers’ leadership behavior has a significant relation with the perception of their leadership potential by future specialists in law enforcement in the penitentiary system of Ukraine. For ensuring successful formation of leadership potential in future specialists in law enforcement in the penitentiary system of Ukraine, the following can be recommended to pedagogues at training institutions: first, to develop and improve their own leadership style; second, to efficiently use the motivation of applicants for education so that they could discover their leadership potential.
