We used the short form of the Demand-Control-Support Questionnaire (DCSQ). Results: There was a prevalence of low demand and control amongst the 39 workers interviewed. The mean age was 30 years. The results obtained by categorization demonstrated that the coexistence of low demand and low control were present amongst the workers of this financial sector and it is known that the interaction of two factors, termed passive work and intermediate health risk, are considered to induce a decline in the general activities of an individual.
